Support the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example, support team development, and ensure smooth daily operations. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver strong performance and a positive store culture. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and resolving customer issues confidently. Drive sales and key KPIs by supporting daily targets and identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure alignment with the Kate Spade brand. Ability to focus on priotising the team, coaching, mentoring and people development Support stock management and operations including deliveries, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. Handle daily store tasks and compliance such as cash management, reporting, and safety standards.
